Malfunction codes on LED display
1. E2 - Temperature sensor short circuit. Unplug it from the power source and contact Customer Support. 2. E1 - Temperature sensor open circuit. Unplugit from the power source and contact Customer Support. 3. FF - Overheat protection. Unplug and wait for it to cool down before plugging in again. 4. P4 - Tip-over protection. Place the heater back on a flat, leveland stable surface.
Heater does not start
1. Power cord is not properly plugged in. Connect the plug to a powered electrical outlet. 2. Overheat protection has been activated. Unplug and wait for it to cool down before plugging in again. Remove any objects on or near the heater. 3. No power is passing through the unit. Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly. Ensure that your heater is placed on a flat and even surface. 4. The set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature. Ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the ambient temperature.
The heater suddenly stops during heating
1. The temperature exceeds the threshold of the thermal cutoff. Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool and plug into the electrical outlet again. 2. The heater is tipped over. Place it on a flat, level and stable surface. 3. In ECO mode, the heater will turn off automatically when the set temperature has been reached. This is normal. If your heater turns off frequently, please raise the set temperature, or switch to Power Heat mode.

My little space heater quit on me , so I had to buy another. After extensive reading on different heaters , I decided to get this Dreo Space Heater. It's exactly what I was looking for.
The price point is great. I received my order within a few days.. I was concerned because it is smaller than I thought(always read the dimensions)but , surprisingly it does the job!
It's portable so I can move it to any area I might need it.. I've used this Dreo in every room and it heats beautifully.
What I really love about this Dreo space heater? The cute little remote. I can easily change settings to what I prefer without leaving the couch.
It's perfect for my needs!

WOW. I'm impressed how much heat this puts off. You can adjust the thermostat to your liking. It creates a great way to heat a small to medium sized room. I even used it in my garage and it worked great. It's durable and there's no smell with it being electric. Seems to be made of quality parts and a bargain for the price. We use this in our basement and absolutely love it.
I had a radiator heater I had for years but I seemed to always be cold so I decided to try something different. I LOVE this heater. It turns side to side. You can point it where you want it to be. I always want more heat when I get out of the shower. It’s very quiet. Price was right as well
I work remote and my home office is about 30x30 feet. I needed something short term to keep the room warm until my damaged HVAC unit is replaced. The rest of the house is 55 degrees!!! But this space heater keeps my home office warm. It does make a sound like a fan but its not bad,more like white noise feel. I'd buy this again.
It works like a charm!!! The heater is very powerful, easily heat up the whole main bedroom. Extremely quiet, especially if you put it on the lower power mode, you can barely hear any sound of it. Look nice and expensive too! Great value, you definitely get what you pay for, even beyond!

I absolutely love the option to power off and have it will blow out the last of the heat for 30 seconds so I can be sure it is cooler when I unplug it.

Not only it’s not too big but it’s quiet and it works well. Like I didn’t had heater at my house for the whole weekend and this worked so good for each room I brought it to. I highly recommend it.

This heater is awesome. It is very quiet and does a phenomenal job at heating. Setting 1 gives off lots of heat and that is the lowest setting. Best heater I ever bought. Im still giving it 5 stars, the only complaint I have is the remote, it is very hard to see. They should have made the symbols on it white to better see.
Wow , this heater is EXCELLENT! I was a bit skeptical at first, $65 seemed a bit on the high end for a portable space heater , but after it showed up and I hooked it up and felt how amazing it worked and its so quiet, has 3 heat settings but ive never had to use the 3rd setting becuase the second one is plenty hot for my needs , also has a fan option if you need it to cool down a bit. I actually got another one of these for my basement as well , and if I need another heater , this is the one I will get again.
Bought this for my son who is cold natured. He loves it. It’s small and works very well. And the reviews I saw were very accurate on safety features, decibel levels and temperature control. Definitely a good value for the money. This will be the second winter so I believe the durability is there.

I purchased this for a (fairly large) guest bedroom that stays colder than our other bedrooms and I’m so glad I did! It does a great job heating the room even though it’s small. All you have to do is set the desired temp and it turns on and off automatically to maintain it. The remote control is a nice addition so you don’t even have to get out of bed to change the settings. It was easy to put into silent mode (no more beeps when you change settings) and it runs VERY quietly including when it switches off and on. I’m very happy with this purchase!
Love it. Have a couple others of same brand but this one tops them. Did not think I needed a remote since heater sits right next to me at kitchen table. Remote allows me to quickly adjust heat and direction without having to leave my chair. My dog and I take a three mile walk every morning and how wonderful to turn heater on to nice warmth, sit and eat breakfast and read the paper in total comfort---except for the news!
Operates quietly, thermostat works well to keep room comfortable. A couple of design flaws as noted in my video: the thermostat temperature is a few degrees inaccurate, so go a few degrees lower. Also unit blows hot air at first power on for several minutes.
Imagine finding a small space heater that actually performs as advertised! I really like the settings that allow you to either use a H1/H2/H3 preset heat setting or that you can tailor the heater to reach a set temperature and then turn off.
The only (minor) gripe I have with this device is that I would have like to have had three settings (L/M/H) for the setting that only uses the fan. The standard setting seems a wee bit anemic for a warm room.

The quality of this heater is probably above all better than their other heaters. With this one being also the most unique in its shape. There is no unpleasant smell when it turns on and shuts off automatically if you set the timer. It functions like any heater but be careful this one is able to get hot fast. All in all I find it to be worth the money well spent.
