I love how fast it dispenses the purified water and tells me how bad the tdp of my raw water is compared to my purified water and it’s not too big or doesn’t take too long to fill it up compared to my pur water purifier

The machine does not filter water
1. The water tank is not installed properly. Check if the water tank is properly installed; after installation, the tank cover should be flush with the top of the unit.2. Low water level in the water tank. Empty and refill the tank.3. The filter is not installed properly. Unplug the appliance and open the top cover. Rotate the filter clockwise until it stops.4. Air blockage in the system. Remove the pure water pitcher and perform 1 to 3 resets (waiting 10 seconds between each reset) to discharge trapped air from the system.5. Hard water causes filter blockage. Check the water source and local water quality. If TDS > 1000 and the calcium and magnesium ion content is high, the filter may become clogged. a. It is recommended to change the raw water source. b. Replace the filter and observe performance. c. Contact customer service if the issue persists.6. Abnormal detection by the sensor. Check if the water tank magnetic sensor is missing or damaged. If so, contact customer service.7. The pitcher lid is not closed properly. Make sure the pitcher lid is properly installed according to the instructions.
Water is leaking from the machine
1. The water tank is not installed properly. Make sure the tank is fully and vertically inserted into the base. Misalignment or loose placement may cause leakage. The tank cover should be flush with the top of the unit.2. Internal leakage. Do not store or use the product in environments at or below 40°F, as low temperatures may cause internal damage. If leakage occurs under normal conditions, please contact customer service.
Water has an unusual or unpleasant smell
1. New machine in initial use. Flush the system with 4 tanks of tap water to remove protective solution from the filter. Refer to the "Using Your Appliance" section for detailed instructions.2. Machine has not been used for an extended period. Flush the system with 4 tanks of tap water before reuse. Refer to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section for detailed instructions.3. The filter is not replaced on time. Replace the filter promptly. Shop new filters at dreoshop.shop.4. Residue buildup inside water tank. Mineral deposits and impurities may build up over time due to local water quality. Clean the water tank at least once a week.5. Poor taste in the first cup after standing overnight. This may be due to residual impurities or organic matter in an unclean pitcher, Clean the pitcher and re-filter water. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.
Odor detected when the product is first unpacked
Presence of plastic components in the machine. A mild odor upon unboxing is normal due to the presence of plastic parts. This smell will typically dissipate after placing the product in a cool, well-ventilated area for a short period.
Slow water production

Presence of air bubbles or cloudiness in
water
New filter or new machine. Initial use may release small particles or bubbles from the filter's activated carbon and protective materials. This is normal and will clear after flushing.
Abnormal TDS readings
1. Difference between displayed TDS and TDS pen reading. a. After long periods of non-use, initial water output may show large TDS fluctuations, leading to differences between machine display and TDS pen readings. b. A deviation within 10~15% is generally considered normal.2. High TDS value. a. Check if the tap water TDS is unusually high; consider changing the water source. b. If the product hasn't been used for a while, flush the system before use. c. Check if the filter needs to be replaced. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.
Loud noise during operation
The booster pump generates sound while running. A noise level ≤45 dB(A) under rated conditions is normal and safe for use. If unusual or abnormal noises occur, please contact customer service.

I was using a pitcher filter for years. And turns out, I must've forgotten what good water tastes like, because after trying this Dreo filtering system, I absolutely LOVE water again. I'm glad I got the larger tank 113 that comes with two pitchers so I can keep one pitcher chilled and the other room temperature. This machine is easy to operate and very much worth the money!
Working great so far. I think I would have preferred a larger pitcher but having 2 helps.
It appears to be working fine. However, I would like an on/off switch so I don’t have to unplug it when not in use.
Overall, the water filter machine was great but there were some improvements that could be made. I liked the automatic filling of the cups though I’d also like the ability for it to fill up a cup or container outside of the carafes we were given. Also, it would be better if there a 1 gallon carafe or at least one bigger than what we were given. A faster dispenser would be more helpful. It could also be better if you could detach a small part of the bottom of the water tank to dump the wastewater faster instead of having to detach the whole water tank.
OH. MY. WORD. The water in my area was notorious for it's bad taste. Since other water filters didn't work, I assumed I would be paying for bottled water (that also didn't taste right) and using flavor packs for the rest of my life. After watching a video of DREO, I was intrigued. At first, the price concerned me. After I did the math, I realized I would pay the same, if not more, in bottled water. I took the chance and ordered. I'm so glad I did! The water is crisp and clean with no strange aftertaste. My coffee and tea tastes better and I'm drinking pure water instead of adding a flavor to it. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made!
I’m wasn’t sure what to expect with the Dreo RO 113 water purifier. It was a lot pricier that the standard Brita or Pur, but I’m pleased the I spent the extra money. The 2 pitchers are perfect. It fills fairly quickly ( about 3 + minutes). The water taste is excellent, and I like the real time TDS readout as it allows me to measure my input tap and what is dispensed. It’s a great product thus far.
Easy to set up. Build quality is very nice! After the initial flush, it’s super easy to use and the water tastes great.
I does say empty tank at 1/2 fill and usually wait until it gets to a little under 1/4 tank before I do that. I hate to waste.

I had my suspicious my water was giving me stomach issues and that's why I bought this Dreo. My suspicions were correct this filter is amazing! Sometimes I have to filter my water twice that's how bad it is. I know it is expensive but it works!! I hope I can purchase filters through Amazon so it's easier. Would highly recommend
